Cancel your plan and refunds

Go to Billing and choose Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then you move to Free. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan.

Payment method & receipts on the Billing page is where you update your card and download receipts.

Payments are generally non-refundable, but credits for generations that technically failed are always returned. For anything else, email support@qevio.ai within 14 days. See the Refund Policy for the details.
