Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Qevio respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit qevio.ai or use our AI creation services.

Qevio is operated by Qevio LLC, based in State of Missouri, United States. For privacy questions, contact support@qevio.ai.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Qevio, we collect:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, authentication information, and account preferences.
  • Content: Prompts, uploaded files, reference images, generated outputs, and project information.
  • Usage information: Features used, generation requests, credit consumption, and interactions with the service.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Billing information: Subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing details, and payment confirmations received from our payment provider.
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, and information you provide when contacting support.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and go directly to Stripe; Qevio does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process prompts and deliver generated content.
  • Track credits and provide subscription features.
  • Handle support requests and billing issues.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Send account, service, and policy notifications.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations, depending on the activity.

3. AI Processing and Your Content

Qevio uses third-party AI providers to deliver certain features. Your prompts, uploads, and relevant information may be transmitted to these providers to process your requests.

Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential material, or another person’s information unless you have the necessary rights and understand how it will be processed.

Qevio does not use your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train AI models. Our AI providers are currently Higgsfield and xAI. Their handling of the content they process, including any retention or use for training, is subject to each provider’s own terms.

4. How We Share Information

We share information when necessary with:

  • AI providers that process generation requests.
  • Hosting, storage, authentication, and other infrastructure providers.
  • Our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Support, email, and analytics providers used by Qevio.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where legally required.
  • Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to appropriate protections.

Qevio does not sell your personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as authentication, security, preferences, and service operation.

Qevio uses two essential cookies: a sign-in cookie that lasts up to 30 days, and a referral cookie that lasts 30 days if you arrive through a referral link.

On our public pages (not inside your account), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics may set cookies (named _ga) that last up to 2 years. On the same pages we load Google Tag Manager, a Google tool that manages these measurement tags; it does not set cookies itself and follows the same cookie choice. We do not send it your prompts, generated content or account details, and we do not use advertising cookies. A cookie banner on our public pages lets you accept or decline analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every public page. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you accept. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention varies by data category. Account and project information may be deleted following account closure, while billing records, security logs, and backups may remain for longer where justified.

  • Prompts, generated outputs, and projects: kept in your account until you delete them or close your account.
  • Uploaded images and Brand Kit files: kept until you remove them or close your account. A temporary link that lets an AI provider fetch an uploaded image expires after 2 hours.
  • Sign-in sessions: expire after 30 days, or earlier when you log out.
  • Billing records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Security and audit logs: kept while needed to protect the service and investigate abuse.
  • Backups: copies are removed as backups are replaced on our hosting provider’s schedule.

To close your account, email support@qevio.ai from your account address.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized mechanisms.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and withdraw consent.

Contact support@qevio.ai to submit a request. We may verify your identity before responding.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Essential account and billing messages may still be sent.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Age Requirement

Qevio is intended for users aged 18 or older. If we learn that a child has provided personal information in violation of this requirement, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
