Can I try Qevio before paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 credits every month, with no card needed. Paid plans are charged when you subscribe and their credits arrive straight away. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months, so two months are free. Your credits still arrive every month, the same amount as on the monthly plan.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for generations. Text costs the least, images more, and video the most, depending on the model and length. You see the estimate before anything runs, and credits for a failed generation come back.
Can I buy more credits without changing plan?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases on the Credits page, and pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect straight away. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
