Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to qevio.ai and Qevio’s services. Qevio is operated by Qevio LLC, based in State of Missouri, United States.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

1. The Service

Qevio provides AI tools for creating content, which may include images, videos, written content, and campaign assets.

Available features, models, generation limits, and processing times depend on your plan and the features offered at the time of use.

AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, or content similar to outputs generated for other users.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

If you use Qevio for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Notify support@qevio.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Plans, Payments, and Renewals

Prices, billing intervals, included credits, and plan features are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at each renewal.

Qevio is the seller of all purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Qevio.

The checkout displays the applicable currency, taxes, and total amount payable.

We will provide notice of subscription price changes before they take effect, with any additional consent or notice required by law.

4. Credits and Usage

Generation features may consume credits. Credit costs can vary by model, output type, duration, resolution, and other settings.

Credit allowances, reset dates, expiration, and rollover rules are those disclosed for your plan or purchase.

Credits are service usage units. They are not currency and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where a refund is required by law.

If credits are deducted for a generation that produces no usable result because of a technical failure, contact support so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by contacting support@qevio.ai.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewals.

Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

6. Your Content and Generated Outputs

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit.

You grant Qevio permission to host, process, transmit, and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, and handle support requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Qevio.

As between you and Qevio, and to the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party terms, Qevio assigns to you any rights it holds in outputs generated specifically for you.

This does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free from third-party rights. Commercial use remains subject to applicable law, rights in source material, and any model-specific restrictions disclosed for the feature.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining necessary permissions before publishing or using them.

7. Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

You may not misuse the service, infringe another person’s rights, bypass safeguards, interfere with platform security, or evade usage and payment limits.

8. Qevio’s Intellectual Property

Qevio’s branding, interface, software, and other platform materials belong to Qevio or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership of the platform is transferred to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party services and AI models. Their availability and applicable restrictions may affect those features.

We may replace or discontinue integrations. If a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedy required by law.

10. Availability and Disclaimers

We work to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, specific generation times, or particular creative or business results.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI outputs do not replace professional advice or independent review.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.

You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate actions unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qevio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid Qevio for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Missouri, United States, subject to any mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence.

Contact support@qevio.ai first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents you from exercising applicable legal rights or using a competent court or regulator.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
