Acceptable Use Policy

Qevio helps people create responsibly with AI. This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and use of any Qevio tools or APIs.

1. Responsible Use

Use Qevio lawfully and respect the rights, privacy, and safety of others.

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Review generated content before sharing it, and make disclosures about AI involvement where required by law or the platform on which you publish.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not use Qevio to create, distribute, facilitate, or promote:

Illegal activity and harmful instructions

Content that facilitates criminal activity, terrorism, trafficking, or violence, including operational instructions intended to cause serious harm.

Child exploitation

Any sexual exploitation or sexualized depiction of minors, including fictional or AI-generated material, grooming, or content that enables child abuse.

Sexual abuse and explicit content

Pornographic or sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content promoting sexual coercion or exploitation.

Hate, threats, and harassment

Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or content promoting hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.

Fraud and deceptive impersonation

Scams, phishing, fake transactions, identity theft, fabricated endorsements, or impersonation intended to deceive.

Do not use someone’s face, voice, identity, or likeness without the necessary permission or another valid legal basis.

AI Influencers: only upload a face photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission. Don’t make an influencer that copies a real public figure, and don’t present an AI influencer as a real person to mislead people.

Privacy and intellectual property violations

Unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information, or infringement of copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights.

Dangerous deception

Fabricated evidence, deceptive public safety announcements, or misleading content intended to cause serious harm.

Do not present AI-generated material as verified evidence of events that did not occur.

Cyber abuse

Malware, credential theft, unauthorized system access, destructive attacks, or tools and instructions intended to compromise other people’s systems.

Self-harm encouragement

Content that encourages suicide or self-injury, or provides instructions intended to enable such harm.

3. Platform Misuse

You must not:

• Bypass moderation, security controls, or provider safeguards.
• Evade credit limits, subscription requirements, or account restrictions.
• Create accounts to exploit free credits or promotions.
• Use stolen payment methods or engage in refund fraud.
• Disrupt the service or place an unreasonable load on its systems.
• Use unauthorized automation or scraping.
• Share, sell, or transfer accounts without permission.
• Resell platform access unless Qevio expressly permits it.

Use authorized APIs within their documented limits.

4. Sensitive Uses

Do not rely on Qevio outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, or other decisions that materially affect a person.

You are responsible for human review, appropriate professional advice, and compliance with laws governing your intended use.

5. Third-Party Restrictions

Features powered by third-party models may have additional restrictions. Follow any applicable requirements disclosed for those features.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, reject generation requests, remove content we host, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts.

We consider the severity, context, and repetition of a violation. Serious harm, fraud, or legal requirements may require immediate action.

Any refund consequences remain subject to our Refund Policy, applicable payment-provider terms, and mandatory law.

7. Reports and Appeals

Report suspected abuse or request a review of an enforcement decision at support@qevio.ai.

Include relevant account details, generation identifiers, links, and a short explanation. Do not send unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Updates

We may revise this policy as our services and safety requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate or legally required.
